bh6 is a miss according to the engine but black also makes a miss. so almost a blunder for black. the last move was a great move checkmating black, amazing

I don't understand why this isn't a brilliant move. You sacrifice your bishop to checkmate the opponent's king, which is exactly the kind of move we would call "brilliant". The machine interprets this very illogically

The machine (and most humans) see that black doesn't have to capture that bishop on h6. Black plays something else, and the only white achieved is that he's thrown away his advantage.

Instead of Bh6, white should have played 1. Be3 Qa6 2. b5, winning a piece.

That looked like what the machine usually calls "brilliant" to me. I don't always agree with the assessment of "brilliant" or for that matter "blunders".
