Post Analysis: Accuracy Question

What is the worst possible accuracy score you can get after a game review? 

Technically zero is possible, but as kind of a silly Easter Egg, the accuracy is replaced with the Danny Rensch surprised (pog face) emoji instead of saying zero.

The lowest I have found is 18.1 and something I realized from playing Nelson is that if you play accurately, the forcing moves or option limiting moves help to improve his score. He is the worst bot I think, and I was able to force him to play 77+.
