18 Queens is Possible

Be VERY careful about getting a lot of Queens, even if it's you who are getting all the Queens!
A high school player I coached played poorly for a couple years then, stopped looking for cheap traps and learned tactics, strategy, endgame techique, etc. and was usually going 3-2 or 4-1 in our local high school tournaments.
In one tournament, in the first round he played against an unrated player in his first tournament. I was the USCF Tournament Director and was too busy to see the bad-sportsman thing he was doing.
He decided he was going to Queen all his Pawns before administering checkmate. I was called over to the board at its finish. He had so many squares threatened and left so few pieces to his opponent that he he created stalemate when he Queened the last Pawn!
I witnessed my player looking green in the face as he stared at the board, shocked that he had tricked himself, an 1100-1200 player, into a draw with an unrated player!

Bro, I just started college. I just have a 5 hour break between classes on 2 days, so yeah, I have some time free.
I just started 6th grade, 4 minute break between classes
These aren't very smart nerds. These kind of nerds are the type that never improve their lives. They probably think they're extremely clever by wasting countless hours showing everyone that 18 queens is possible. lol. who cares?
