This is the first and ONLY team game that was played in the past, if I am mistaken then it is because there are so many topics that have been created.
Note that in this first team based game there was hardly any discussion about RULES, it was mainly about PIECES and the first move was played on Post # 13, this move was actually illegal and had to be replayed on Post # 15.
Note that this first team based topic was created a long time ago.

Now there is another team based game that was started only FOUR days ago, the first team based game in almost one year if I am not mistaken.
Note the frenetic vibe and the HEAVY emphasis on RULES this time around, as opposed to the past when the discussion was mainly about PIECES.
Note that this time around the game has not even started, it is all about team work, planning, diagrams, rules, etc, etc.
If you check all the topics that were created in the past it will be like comparing chalk and cheese.
Please note that this new team based topic was created AFTER I first started posting about the problems on this forum.

I was never aware of an infinite chess team game when I made the forum. It didn't see it anywhere.
There Is An Emphasis On Rules Since We ALREADY Have The Pieces.

I did find one I went back to the very start.
I could be wrong but I sense the vibe right now.
I know that they will pick up on this and make a big song and dance about it.
It does not change a thing, all you have to do is look at the Most Recent window.
Why does such a small backwater forum have so many topics in that wee window constantly.
At peak times on this website it is 50% or 60% of the list and some of the topics float for ages because they keep getting hit by more than one person.
Here is that topic that they will try and make a big song and dance over.

Good point, I am pleased that you made the distinction.
It was the only topic about Fischer Random, but really any variant would apply, but you NEVER see them here EVER.
Thai Makruk, Shogi, Capablanca, Shatranj, Chaturanga, Courier Chess, Xiangqi, Khmer, the list is endless, you will NEVER see them here now, but you did in the past,
And even if you did see them, which you won't, then they will be ignored and shoved off the first page in no time.
