Daily Chess or Live Chess?

Do you prefer playing live chess games or daily chess games? I'll start us off:

I prefer playing live chess because when I play daily chess, I don't focus as much and I can't really remember what I was thinking of the day before. It's not very effective for me and I like quick blitz games better anyways. I understand daily chess is better for those who cannot spend a lot of time playing chess, but frankly I think it's less effective if you're looking to improve.

I agree when I play daily chess I have a great idea but then I lose it the next day.

Yeah, I think overall live chess is more "real" and more like actual OTB chess, so it's just easier for me. Daily chess also take sooooo long, even if it's just 1 day per move. Can you imagine playing with 7 days per turn???

I really like daily chess. For me, it actually feels closer to OTB tournament games than live chess, because I think more deeply about the moves, whereas in live chess I often play carelessly. 

But that's just my opinion.

Oh, that's interesting. I guess if you really do think during daily chess it resembles like a long time control game. Cool, thanks for sharing!

Live chess. I lose interest in most of my daily games and intentionally or unintentionally end up timing out. But now that I've retired and no longer spend every day on chess my brain feels laggy during most live chess games so I might start play daily again.

Live Chess is better because they are so fast especially the bullet and blitz time controls. Daily Chess is super duper long and it can even take weeks, months, and even years to finish one game.
