do you offer draws in lost position?

I'll sometimes offer a draw in a lost position as a joke. If they accept, i proceed to chastise and mock them for accepting an absurd draw offer in a won position that i clearly didn't deserve.
If they then ask why i offered an undeserved draw in the first place, i try in vain to type out one of those stupid emoticon thingys with the stupid face and arms raised like "How am i supposed to know??"
And then i call them a "sucker" and finish them off with a "LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!" and ride into the sunset with my stolen non-loss.

I never offer draw unless I'm 100% sure that I'll be able to draw easily.

This might be one of the all-time ignorant examples of undeserved hubris on chess.com...amazing .
In a live game when less than 6 secs are left and repetition of moves is going on ,I offer a draw
if at least 2 moves have been repeated in position and the third is likely but not sure.if the other
person has more time left you may not get the chance to claim draw as by the time the move reaches the server your game is over,,

..and besides there lots of players here who use chess engine to secure wins....I don't know why. What I know is that as one becomes good at chess, winning games follows. Or let me put it this way, winning games is a reward for learning to excel in this game of chess.

I pose a question to all, are you still playing online chess knowing there are lots of those who use engines in lieu of their brains to win. I gave up online chess altogether because of this group of people.

says who? what is your name and id?
Hey, newbie that doesn't understand what forced mate means...chill. Nobody on this site owes you anything.
Only take a draw from someone that is actually in your house. You have to wonder about people that do that. REALLY WONDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then block them!!

I'm surprised at the number of people here that offer draws in live chess when they are clearly lost. Does that actually work sometimes???...I mean are they encouraged because a certain small percent of people will actually accept????
I had an opponent offer a draw after he dropped his queen. He had 25 minutes left on his clock.
i declined the draw, and he sent me an obscenity, and told me to wait for my points. My guess is that this blackmail works on some people. In my case, it gave me time to get a sandwich and open a beer.
After 20 minutes, he made a move, probably thinking that I wasn't paying attention to the game.

Yeah, forced mate is a reality....masters can see them 4 or 5 moves out sometimes...I've been a victim of them countless times....
