So I saw alot of information on how to go through Master games especially by IM silman. Does going through the games quickly actually help? Along with tactics training, will that make me a better player ?

Not quickly, no. Like with most things you want to learn, going through it methodically is better than a quick snapshot of it. But yes, in my own experience and from what I've heard from others it is beneficial to go over master games

So how long should i spend on each game, according to Mr. Silman, he reccoends going through alot of games to get aqqauinted with different patterns.

I sometimes go though a lot of games quickly when they all use the same opening. It's a good way to become acquainted with some general patterns and themes. To understand these themes, however, it is necessary to go thorugh the games slowly, understanding each move.

So How slow should i play through these games generally

There is no magic number since it greatly depends on how well you soak in the material. Study the position until you understand it; don't just look at a bunch games quickly and forget them.

I find annotated games, but go through them without the annotations. I try to determine the critical turning points, the major tactical threats and alternate lines, and the positional themes. Then I read through the annotations to see what I missed.
