How did I lose by resignation when I didn't resign. Can anyone explain.

Not sure about the lost by resignation thing, but sometimes, when I win, I still lose elo because some of my moves are pretty bad.

I was playing a guy named chezzcheez he asked for a draw multiple times. I declined all of them. I'm up ten points of material and he told me to accept the draw or it was going to be my last chance. At first, it said won by resignation but I lost ELO. I didn't realize it till now. Now when I check it says lost by resignation. Can anyone explain it to me?
