I dont know about Vision but my experience of doing roughly 30 minutes of puzzles everyday was that it took about 3-months before I started naturally/habitually checking for blunders and calculating candidates and tactical opportunities in my games.

I'm an extremely low level player wanting to get better. The only problem is I don't have a coach. I'm watching videos, playing low level bots, watching more videos and bouncing along chesskid.com and here, along with using The Ultimate ChessĀ Puzzle Book and chess tempo. I know that chess is high commitment, but that's not why I asked for time. I want to know how many months of say, 20 minutes of Vision a day will yield improvement in locating squares so I can assimilate it into my schedule? My top score is is 12/12 so far white squares only.
