i don't understand why it is a good move since the attacker will be eaten and without any cost.

is it something about position?

can someone explain to me pls?

but i don't see there is any cost except of positional change.

anyone knows why it is gd?

If you click on Solution and then Move list, they show you what would have  happened if the player had accepted the sacrifices.
