Be good at chess.
What are the requirements to make WNM

I'm curious, because I just heard that it's a thing.
You would need to find the federation that awards it and then look for specifics there.

As Martin alluded to, the NM ("National Master") titles aren't awarded by FIDE but by the various individual national federations, so you'd need to find out what their rules are.
The USCF at https://www.uschess.org/index.php/Learn-About-Chess/FAQ-Starting-Out.html#:~:text=A%3AThe%20United%20States%20Chess,with%20a%20rating%20over%202200. says
The United States Chess Federation (US Chess) awards the national master title to any player who reaches a rating of 2200
They make no mention of a Women's National Master, so maybe they don't have a separate version of it.
Of the ones listed on chess.com at https://www.chess.com/members/titled-players/woman-national-masters, a lot of them seem to be Filipino. Not sure if that's just a semantic thing - a National Master who happens to also be a Woman - or if they have a different requirement for women. They've got a Facebook page but couldn't find a website with their rules on it.

Once you're good at chess, and happen to be a woman - the next step is to attend the all-ladies slumber party and participate in the weekly sleepover club stories for a minimum of a year. Once you complete that process, your are now officially a WNM

althought I wish they got rid of women's titles all together because women are frickin to smart for us to be going easy on them

Why do we still have women titles in chess? People have to work like crazy for the NM title, and most still don't reach it. Meanwhile if you happen to be born a female, you get a title with 1/10 the effort and skill : /
And that sort of attitude is exactly why women’s titles are still required.

Ah ok, ok, so as a biological male im thinking any harm in suddenly identifying as a woman, so I could attend these sleep over slumber parties you speak of? For research ofcourse and to get good at chess...🤔👀👀

"Identfying" is not enough.
Even if you change your gender via a lengthy and irreversible process, you'll find a couple of flies in your soup:
1. FIDE has banned trans women from women tournaments
2. the WNM title that you're after does not exist.
But never mind all this, just go ahead.
