Draw arrows does not work

Yes I have and it does not work either. Originally it worked when I first started chess however now it does not work anymore.
Hi all can anyone help me figure this one out?
I have the option turned on in the settings wheel however I can only highlight squares to turn them red, I can not however draw any arrows.
