Drawing arrows and red boxes on a touch computer

I use Surface Pro 6 to play chess on this website through the Microsoft Edge browser. 

Drawing arrows and red boxes in the analysis mode in my Daily Chess games is only possible when I am using the Surface Pro 6 as a computer (with a mouse and keyboard), but not as a tablet. Can arrows and red boxes be drawn in the touch mode? Usually, a long touch does the job of right click on most websites. But somehow that is not working in the games. 

Can someone please help me?

no it can not be used in touch mode

I also had a similar question but mines is can you use a surface pen to make a gold arrow instead of right clicking because I am thinking of purchasing 1.
