Library Function Not Adding Game

Dear Support,

I can add some games to a libary, but not others. The following game for example, was found using the archive search feature.

It causes a red error to pop up on screen. Unable to copy the text of the message. Happy to supply an image if you need it, but that is a bit faffy and needs me to save image to file and import it into this message.

I should imagine you would be able to re-create the issue with the link supplied.

Old Daily games don't work. Haven't heard what the reason is.

Hi @Martin_Stahl I am also having trouble inserting games from my game archive into a Game Collection. I was able to create a new Game Collection and insert a game of mine that was dated March 16 2021 (my most recent game in my Game Archive). My next game on the archive list is dated 9 March - I cannot insert this and all subsequent games in my game archive into any Game Collection. I get the error "Game can not be added to library yet - try again later" in the form of a red banner at the top of the Chrome window. See image below.

I then tried inserting a game from the "Master Games" archive and that worked just fine! I could insert any number of Master Games into a Collection folder. 

So what is the problem? Martin you say that old games don't work? What is the cut off date of a game? How old must a game be to not be able to be inserted into a Collection folder? Will support staff be fixing this issue?

I don't know the reason for the older games not to work, just that they don't and staff are aware. As to the other issue, there were some server issues earlier, so depending on when you did that, it could be related. There is also a bug with the Library incorrectly triggering the premium required dialog, so that could be it as well.

As a workaround I have been able to use the copy PGN and upload into the library. It's a bit more cumbersome but it works.

They're not my developers. I'm just a volunteer moderator. I asked about it less than a week ago, though I believe it may have been bug reported prior to that. I was told it's being looked into at that time.
