mate in 3 level easy
It was easy as you said but it was a good exercise. When you play this kind of endgame you have to be carefull because otherwise it is stalemate. Rb4 as first move would lead to stalemate for example. Or you run the risk that the king excapes and when you run out of time that could be a problem. Thanks for posting it.
I count twelve mates.
1. Kb6+ Kb8 Kc6 Kc8 Ra8#
2. Kb6+ Kb8 Rc4 Ka8 Rc8#
3-7. Rc4 Kb8 R(anywhere on c-file where the rook is safe, five of these)
8-12. R(anywhere right of the c-file, five of these) Kb8 Rc4 Ka8 Rc8#
OK. :\
EDIT: Actually, I missed four, making it 16. Just move the rook anywhere on the a-file, move the rook anywhere on the c-file, and play Rc8#.
quite easy (well to me).
But a very important fundamental problem that im sure many peopple have difficulty with! Nice puzzle!

Would this be an easier win? 1. Rf8+ Kxf8 2. C8=Q+?
This is a win as well, but most players will consider winning with a full rook up easier than Q vs. R.

1. fxg6+ Kg7 (if Ke7 then g7, if Kxg6 then Rg8+) 2. Bh6+ Kxh6 3. Rh8+ Kg5 4. b8=Q
