addicted to sweets

I am motivated to do exercise right now.
but I must admit the hardest part is that I am addicted to buying and eating candy.
I think I spent 70$ on sweets each month
furthermore I am tempted with cake and coffee at the job all day long.

I am really trying to cut down since I think I will play better chess if I manage to reduce the amount of sweets.

any advice other than don't eat it?

Carbs are okay as long as you exercise and burn them. Sitting on your butt will just turn the calories into fat.

You know how if parents caught kids smoking cigarettes, they'd make them smoke the whole carton in one sitting and make them sick?

Eat nothing but junk food for a week.

edit: PS, ease off the weed for awhile, dude.

don't listen to liquidator_brunt, living on junk food for a week might actually even kill you. 

everything comes down to this: do you want to be healthier or sicker? if you choose the former, then just lower your daily amount every day.
