I have an idea. How about we make OTF a club and let this off topic section become what it was. A club would allow us more control over who is and isn't allowed to talk, i.e banning trolls

People have already tried to do an otf club many times; and the only one that's even slightly successful is rev's one, and we don't talk about that.

Another thing is clubs are pretty rubbish anyways, they usually just end up a power struggle with many people trying to get a SA and stuff.
