Very interesting.It actually shows why there is poverty in some of the countries or if we want to explain it in another way it shows why some of people are extremely rich whereas the others are starving to death.
The picture shows that rich will remain rich and poor will remain poor and starving. However, the sentence is not true for all the people around the world, but the rest of people obey such rule.
I believe that it is just a simple example which shows what is happening in the World. Rules are rules and they are unchangable and adapted for determining the human life.
