Playing with a trackpad is weird.

I was playing some halloween gambit games with mcchess (shoutout btw), and he did not have his mouse. To compensate for that, I played with my trackpad. Playing with a trackpad is like eating food with your bare hands; it's hard. I kept missing moves and not being able to play as fast as I normally do. I have serious respect to anyone that plays with a trackpad all the time because that is hard.

Trackpad Pros

Do not have to buy anything extra.

Is on the computer.

Does not disconnect during games

Does not require a usb

does not need batteries

Trackpad cons:

Is part of the computer so stuff like bullet chess slowly recks your computer

Can be hard to use

Heats up and burns your fingers

Hard to be precise unless you play lots of chess.

Mouse pros:

Easy to use

Very precise

Does not damage your computer if you break it

Mouse cons:

Might require a usb

Needs batteries

Can die/disconnect during play
