Well, you cant pick that block of thirty between 100 and 130, and if the winning figure was 110 e.g. then the winner is the 50-100 guesser, not the 130-180 guesser, with all other guessers irrelevant except for guessing proper direction?

Yes...there COULD be gaps between players.
But it's like darts. Whoever is closer will win. Hope that helps.
