is anime just cartoons? I haven't a clue and stopped watching them some years ago. I'd still watch Captain Pugwash but that's for the jaunty, authentic, maritime music, the witty plots about pirates and the calm voice of the narrator. Noggin the Nog was also in that league. And maybe the Magic Roundabout, from the late 60s too. But what's anime? Different name for cartoons?
