Chess.com uses an ad provider and if you create a support ticket with a link to an objectionable ad, they can work with their ad provider to remove that ad. If they concur that the ad is objectionable - there's a subjective component to any such evaluation. Some might find your username "objectionable" because they might interpret calling yourself "the Killer" as being supportive of the killing of people.
