Does anyone know where I can make complaints to the people who run this site?

Bottom of the page click "Help & Support".

I see you have met {name removed}. I played him in a 2 minute game last weekend and, apart from him calling me a loser and an idiot at which point I disabled chat, I beat him shortly after and thought nothing more about it.  The following morning he had sent me two messages stating my picture was homosexual ( I am nearly 60, been married 28 years and my kids have left home in their mid twenties)

I did not read the other message.

I took great offence to this remark and decided to report him, especially as he had only been a member for a matter of 11 days.  You click on help & support and ignore the FAQ`s.  Chess have replied to me stating they have warned him. I think, for a 41 year old he should give up chess and take up something more dangerous  -  hang gliding maybe.  Regards Chris Allen

 I think we can all agree that was sarcasm.

...but the behavior of {NAME REMOVED} is worse than outragious - I wish the admins would act here. We do not want animals on this site (except for some dogs)
