Thanks for reading man. Anyways, to add to this idea... to see what time of game it is on top of the board... Like BLITZ, BULLET, that way, i see my rating right next to it and i know what type of rating it is... dunno, just and idea.
haha... yes that is good as well... bullet and blitz dont matter compared to standard... as i said... TELL KOHAI
time and time again,
I get into this situation:
"time is running out,
I gotta move quick!
QUICK
QUICK
QUICK!!!",
making moves as if I were in a bullet game,
without realizing that the game has a 1, 2, or 3 second increment.
All I remember, is that I clicked on a green dot on the seeks graph, and the time control and rating of the player seemed appealing...
I KNOW, there is a time control indicator in the chat, but I have chat disabled. Even when I am playing with friends (chat enabled), it's hard for me to scroll up the chat with 5 seconds remaining on my clock.
I always find myself thinking: "HMM, IS THERE A TIME INCREMENT ON THIS GAME??? I DON'T REMEMBER!!!" and I look at the clock and try to do the math to see if any seconds are added after each move... But this really throws me off anyways... I don't mind time increments... but I feel there should be a time indicator on top of the board on every game so that I can relax a little bit, and think when time is running out. I can make several fast moves and be confident that my time will increase... I have played many a game and move really fast in the end, only to find later that I have 20+ seconds in my clock due to time increment, yet, my game is completely lost by then.
Just a suggestion.
