On line chess vacation time

So I'm digging the option of saving certain disaster in the "on line chess" games by using the "vacation" feature.  That way you can not only enjoy correspondence chess on the internet AND one's annual trip to Disneyland, or the Ibiza raver festival or gay pride weekend, and what-have-you.

However, I think there should be a similar option to pause a online chess game in case of incarceration.  Just imagine the sheer let-down when you bond out of jail only to find all your online chess games, even tourments, lost because of time.

So is there anyway to install a "in jail" feature to temporarily pause the game when the player finds himself unfortunately locked up?  Of course I'm talking about short pre-trial jail stays of just a few days or weeks -- I think a different option is needed for our chess.com brothers who find themselves sentenced to prison or death row.

As a chess player that's found himself incarcerated at least three times (Including a good stretch last summer in the Miami-Dade county lockup), I would quite appreciate this feature.
