My name is Gabor Balazs. I am a Hungarian Fide Master, my top rating is 2435. I have been playing chess for 26 years. I won the Hungarian Rapid Championship twice (U16 and U18), four of my students also earned the Hungarian Champion title and one of my students won the Hong Kong Junior Chess Championships at their age group.

I love teaching chess and it is very important for me that both of us enjoy the lessons besides the hard work. I have pupils at almost all levels from beginners to advanced players (500-2200 rating).
