11/11/2016 Just returning to chess after 15 years. Listed by the USCF under the name Dubois, Ray. My last USCF tournament was Feb. 20, 2000 resulting with a rating of 1595. My highest USCF Rating was 1666 back in 1996. My last tournament directed as a senior TD was March 27, 1999. I was Editor of the NH Chess Journal for 5 years, and an officer of the NH Chess Association for 9 years.
