If you send me an invite to a game, and I don't respond or decline the game, it is probably because I already have enough games in progress, or I don't have the time to engage in another game. I also have a goal to play at least one game with an opponent from every country, so I may decline a game so that I can play a game with someone from another country.

Where I struggle most with chess is consistency - sometimes I have great games and a high accuracy score, then at other times, (mostly when I just react without thinking carefully, or when I get too focused on my own plans) I fail to see threats, and make blunders resulting in a poor game.

I also need to study tactics more. Currently I am reading one of Jeremy Silman's books and it has been a great help. After that, I'll do a study on tactics. Hopefully I'll learn to be more consistent and less likely to fall for tactical traps. We shall see.
