Plan to achieve these:

Focus on instructional Rapid games, especially 10+5 (max. 2 per day) and 15+10 (max. 1 per day)
Ban on Blitz games until I hit the 2200 isorating goal for that platform, then max. 5 per day
10h/week on tactics, openings, books, and game analysis (NO playing)
use the diamond membership in January (thanks Chessgasms_on_Twitch!)
