I found a trick in puzzles that you can ask for a hint and even the move in puzzles, and then after that, you refresh the page and the same puzzle will be there. You can do the same thing even after the first move. With this trick you can literally get every single puzzle right!

WHY
Why do you feel the need to mess up a perfectly good sidebar? Why are you moving notifications, friends, and messages to the bottom of the sidebar? What's wrong with leaving them where they were? Why do you hate leaving perfectly acceptable UIs alone? If you want to change the UI, ADD A TOGGLE
That way, if someone would like to use the new UI, they can toggle it on. If they don't like it, they're not forced to use it.

Recently, Whenever we click on a notification, even without another comment we get another notification, It has been deemed as "Phantom Notifs". Does any staff know the cause of this and how to fix it?
For example, if I get a cc beta note notif, then I click on it. After I click on it, after a couple minutes it gives me a notification for cc beta again even without a new comment.

Guys when I set a 'GIF' as my profile picture on the site, the GIF doesnt works on the mobile device. It becomes a picture only on the mobile device. And once I load it on my mobile device, it is no longer a GIF on the website too.
any fix?

It is telling that there are no rated games in this position even though I remember playing more than 100 games in this position. Am I using this wrong or do we need premium for this.

Recently i have been getting alot of 700 rating players but my rating is only 500. and of course this is making me lose ALOT of rating points which is the problem.

The "opponent has disconnected, auto-resign in ....... seconds, and when it goes to 0, nothing happens. This happens all the time when I start playing. Noticed bug 2 games before but decided to post this now as opponent is not disconnected after realization. Please fix this, as it is very disturbing for my play of chess.And, for proof- the 4 bars you see? Those are white, but if no color, they are offline, but here, it is not the case.Thank you, for your cooperation and time.

I want to get a notification in the chess.com messages when my club plays a new vote chess Tournament or a new daily match but i don'twant to get a email for this. In the Club i turned it on that i get a notification for this and i can't find a setting how i can turn it off that i get a email for every Single match. Could someone please tell me how to turn this off that i only get a chess.com message for this? Because i don't want to get 10 Spam Emails from cc every day.

The new cornet offer, after you download cornet and log into chess.com from there and click on the cornet advertisments on the home page then click "redeem offer" it redirects you to chess.com and you don't get the membership...
