The new cornet offer, after you download cornet and log into chess.com from there and click on the cornet advertisments on the home page then click "redeem offer" it redirects you to chess.com and you don't get the membership...

Normally,If I solve hard puzzles incorrectly on the first try,but I can solve the puzzle (In chess.com/puzzles/rated) without any hints,I get 20 puzzle points,but I now get only 15? (Even in extra hard mode) Please fix this,chess.com

So after my enrollment of becoming a Beta Tester today, my winning games say that my wins don't qualify for League Points, yet, I still receive those points. Anyone else having this issue?

So i wanted to get the varitant achivments and i started with 3 check and when i played my first game i didn't get the achievement so i played more games and waited but nothing happend then i asked Chessica about it and she said that you have to play through the play online server not the variants server so i did that but it took me to the variant server only so what do i do and while talking about this Chessica told me that some achievements have been taken down by chess.com because they were not automatically unlocking so chess.com took them down to fix them and before it told me about the play online server part i asked it to unlock them manually but it kept circling back to the fact the achivemnts have been taken down and we cant unlock them and are these taken down achivments even going to come back i have doubts about it

Previously, when someone set their OTB rating in settings (https://www.chess.com/settings/profile), it would appear on their profile page.
I do not see my USCF rating show up on my profile anymore, even though I have set it in my profile settings.
Am I simply not looking in the right spots, or was this changed by chess.com to not allow users to see each others OTB ratings?

Yesterday i created a tournament for my friends and me to play in but we got a bunch of random players as well as my friends and that was not good and i dont care about random player its just that the players and our ratings were a lot different so that made it very bad and i really think chess.com should add a feature saying like only who can join the tournament and without any club thing like i know that i could just join my friends in a club that i have and i do actually have one it is Brilliant-zzzzzzzzzzz but there should be a different way to do it because one of my friend is not able to join the club so the plan in my case is shattered

I am attempting to link my email to my chess.com account. However, when told to check my email for a confirmation email, I am not receiving said email. Is this a bug in Beta, or a general bug?
As of right now, my email is not linked, which is already weird as I am almost certain I made the account with my email linked.

Earlier, I went to check my friend list and it shows no friends at all. This makes it hard to know whether my friends are on the server or not, and refreshing hasn't done anything to help. Anyone else having the same problem as me?

So it says that my vacation time replenishes, and the max number of days that you can have is 90 days. Why does other players have 2 months while I only have 1 month and 9 days, which is not even replenishing.

One friend is playing a game of chess. I click on the binoculars button from the top bar friends icon drop down... and nothing happens. I click on the name of this friend, click on that binoculars button... and nothing happens. Can you fix this?
