Hello,
I have been having recurring issues with my iOS app crashing when I am in the middle of a puzzle battle. Chess.com support has assisted me with this issue multiple times, and they suggest for the most part to delete and reinstall the app, as well as explained that it is a bug. However, deleting and reinstalling the app only temporarily resolves the issue then it crashes again, almost like a hit or miss.
Anyone else having this issue?

Why there is no option to disable this annoying animation, it's quite frustrating to lose each endgame because one must wait for both animations to end before it accepts new move.
If I remember well, there was option in settings to disable or enable it.

Starting yesterday, when I try to open my chess.com app on my iPad I get the following message:
"Chess" Beta Has Expired
OK
My only option is to press "OK". I can't open the app.
I am a member of Beta. FWIW, the app on my phone works fine.

Evert time when I try to launch the application it crashes.
I am trying to use Proxy program on my phone called "Charles" to see but get 403 on "batch/signed=iOS4.0.0dev-", "users/login" and "puzzels/daily".Another question about the "https://api.chess.com/v1/users/login?signed=iOS4.0.0dev" why are you sending the password in clear text? Saving it in UserDefaults and use it when launch? Why not use a token instead?
I am using :iPhone 13 Pro - 15.4.1

At first, I wanted to change my profile pic and it had photo library and take a photo option. But the 2nd time it had the options but it didn't have any photos when I did it first try it had photos and when I tried making a forum on IOS, once again, it didn't have any photos. I screenshotted it and still, it didn't have any photos. I swear, I didn't delete any photos! Sorry if I posted this forum already. It's just that when I posted this forum on IOS, It didn't say I posted this or anything and didn't take me to where the forum I think I created.

I have the Testflight new iOS interface for the chess.com app, I'm using an iPad, and I'm coming here to report three items on puzzles:
When you get a problem correct, you don't see the rating of the puzzle, but you do see it if you get the problem incorrect
There's no option to "redo" the puzzle. (I like to do that sometimes when a) I want the practice; or b) I want to take a screen shot)
Every once in a while, the first puzzle of a series I'm going says "black to move" when it actually is "white to move". I can't recreate it. I've done a lot of small sessions -- it's only happened to me twice. (most recently with puzzle 1490818 about an hour ago).
If this is not the correct forum, can somebody point me to the correct one?

Sometimes when my friend is doing puzzles (rated), when she makes a mistake, the rating will appear to drop down to 0, her actual puzzle rating is about 1400 and she loses about 10 points but it appears to go down to 0. It can go back to its original amount by leaving the app and rejoining

I’ve noticed that the app does not have conditional moves. Would that be something that could be added in the future?

Hello! I’ve recently gotten into four player chess, and may start playing other variants too. But I was disappointed to see that variants aren’t supported in the app (expect 960). I would very much like to see those added!

It disappeared some time ago (a month back perhaps, not sure). Friends report they see when I'm online on android app though. Is it a known thing?

As a player who plays bullet a lot, I think there can be some updates in the live chess of the ios app.
First of all, please allow us to make challenges such as 30 second bullet, or 10 seconds(hyper/ultra bullet)
2nd of all, if you can, maybe add premoving more than 1 move at a time for the ios app. Currently, on the ios app, you can only premove one move at a time, and it gets pretty annoying for 10 second.

I know that the iOS app hasn't been updated yet to reflect the change to rapid but is there an estimated ETA for that change that can be communicated in the forums? I've probably answered a hundred posts were people are mentioning stuck ratings) statistics.

On the iOS app all daily games are showing as unrated but correctly showing as rated on the browser when looking at open challenges.
