In a private club, how do I set up an Arena so that someone attempting to enter it gets a message that says to enter the tournament one must obtain membership approval? When the club Admin approves, the player becomes a member and is automatically entered in the event. Right now, player clicks on the "Join" button and nothing happens, no membership request is generated. What am I missing here? Does this have anything to do with the Club Category? (Social, Learning, etc.)

I'm starting to  realize that I have been trading a rook for a bishop and a knight every single possible moments. Is this really a good idea?

Here is the bug picture: It shows this after every multi-club arena challenge that I try to accept, not just one the may have actually been declined or accepted. This is very anoying because I say that my club will play in a multi-club arena, but then I can't accept it because of this bug. Also, it means that I cannot make weekly multi-club like I used to unless I actually organize it and send the challenges. Does anyone else have that problem or is it just me? Please fix this issue!!! Would be helpful to explicitly specify in the description if an upcoming tournament is rated or not.  Unless it says "UnRated", there's no way of telling if it MIGHT be UnRated.  Would also be nice to see the time limit for Arena games.

What to do with crazy coaches who spam their services in all groups in a row? They are really annoying!

In the android app, you can get to a browser via clubs or league. Because of this, parental controls and features installed to remove the ability to search or visit sites become useless. This means that a person who is, hypothetically recovering from a pornography addiction could use your app to get past barriers that exist to help them. This also is a problem on aimchess. I use a moto e5.

On home page on the app there is friends and when they are online they have a green square and if you press on there profile if they are playing they have a red square but on home page it is still green  I suggest that when they are playing on home page they have a red square 

Honestly, this is probably the most used tactic I saw in my life that Chess.com still calls a brilliant move. I know it is, but isn't brilliant move supposed to be once a lifetime legendery move or something. People can just spam this wherever possible and farm brilliant moves.

Dear Chess.com, I recently came across something called the FIDE Arena titles. These are official titles awarded by FIDE, which can be earned by subscribing to the FIDE Online Arena - yes, it is FIDE's official platform. Interestingly, the titles achieved there are also displayed on our official FIDE profiles and are recognized as legitimate accomplishments within the platform. I decided to give it a try and aim for the highest available title - Arena Grandmaster (AGM). I managed to achieve it. Below, I’m including a screenshot from my FIDE profile showing the title. It’s worth mentioning the ranking programs here and how these titles can be earned. Below, I present the name of the title and the ranking required to achieve it: Arena Grandmaster (AGM) - To earn this title, we must maintain a 2000 Elo rating over 50 rapid games, or 100 blitz games, or 150 bullet games. Arena International Master (AIM) - To earn this title, we must maintain a 1700 Elo rating over 50 rapid games, or 100 blitz games, or 150 bullet games. Arena FIDE Master (AFM) - To earn this title, we must maintain a 1400 Elo rating over 50 rapid games, or 100 blitz games, or 150 bullet games. Arena Candidate Master (ACM) - To earn this title, we must maintain a 1100 Elo rating over 50 rapid games, or 100 blitz games, or 150 bullet games. What’s most funny, despite the simplicity, according to Wikipedia, only 4,650 people hold these titles. Source - Wikipedia My suggestion is this: would Chess.com be able to implement these titles on the site? I believe it would be great to include them on users’ profiles as an additional form of recognition. Below, I present how it could look - I even created a graphic that could serve as a profile badge. I think this could boost motivation and increase interest in playing on Chess.com. I think the Arena title is not prestigious enough to be displayed next to a user’s nickname or to grant them a premium account, as is done with official FIDE titles. However, while writing this post, I came up with the idea that special arenas could be organized for players holding Arena titles - similar to the Titled Tuesday tournaments, but without cash prizes. I just played with a player who has a “abuse” icon from the app, but it is not really like that - there is no icon on the page of his profile, the account is active

Is it possible for there to be an auto-reload feature? It must be very useful when you use DM most of the time.

Eariler, Chess.Com gave 25 puzzles to members not having premium Then, it started giving only 5 puzzles although that was not the end of the world Now, it is only giving 2 puzzles per day Please help

In awards/achievements, chess.com should show you how close you are to earning an achievement. For example, you read 78 articles. It says you read  78/100 articles in the "Library Card" achievement. 

If someone is online, a green box shows on their profile.  If someone is offline, no box will be shown. If someone is in a match, a red box will be shown. How come that there is no red box for when I'm in a match on the variants server?

I recently noticed that on PC, where when solving puzzles, when I refresh the browser, the timer on the puzzle also resets back to 00:00. this is really good cause I was able to get higher points because of time. but a glitch is a glitch so i decided to share it. this isnt a problem on mobile
