The King's Gambit and Calabrese Countergambit claim yet another soul...twice each.

Earlier this morning, I played quite a few games against a fellow who absolutely insisted on playing the From Gambit vs. my Bird. Now, I like to return the pawn with 3. e6 to kind of curb Black's aggressive development. I dropped a pawn in quite a few situations here...but he slipped and eventually I was able to garner the full point in each game. All throughout our little match, I exclusively played the Bird as White and the French Defense as Black (except for one game where I used the Caro-Kann.) The time controls were 18 minutes, no bonus time.
My opponent played a counter gambit (novelty to my duras gambit) this was my first game using the duras in a standard time control. (30min in 30move's) I had really good results with it in blitz so I guess he didn't wanna accept the gambit.

In the Blackmar-Diemer Gambit (specially in the Ryder Gambit), one of the themes I use the most is getting rid of my central pawns to place my rooks there. In this game, for example, even though my rooks didn't left the first rank till the last moment, they controlled all the center of the board without going out: By the way, next chess.com thematic tournament is going to be about the Blackmar-Diemer gambit, so why don't we share some ideas about how to play this Gambit both as white and black?
I've recently given a try to the gambit vs the Scandinavian featured in Davies book "Gambiteer I". While it won't certainly refute the Scandinavian, it looks playable.
The King is the most valuable piece,so it is the strongest. The reason why it is not so strong into the opening and engame is because he doesn't has space to move !!!!!!Here is an example of a new opening called the king's Super Gambit which puts the king at use.
Hi everyone. Recently I've been trying out the Evans Gambit with mixed success - I find 5. c3 Be7 particularly difficult to deal with (I'm not sure how to proceed after that). Would appreciate thoughts/experiences please

Here are two games that show how white can get into trouble against the Latvian. The first was a 5 minute game, the second was a 2 minute game against a friend.
Heres a new gambit I discovered (IT WAS PLAYED AGAINST ME REALLY) that no one else has ever played I named it after fischer my favorite player.
Last night, I decided to try a few gambits to end my chess for that evening. I played four blitz games with a guy; the time controls were 10 minutes with +2 seconds per move. I played two King's Gambits and two Calabrese Countergambits. I won all four.

Here are two more games. One is a King's Gambit that I won. In the other one, I had white against a Benko Gambit and black had an epic fail.

A recent blitz game of mine that I think shows how White's life can be rough when Black is allowed to build a nice central pawn chain.
