Thanks holo, gg. You were doing ok, but I think one small error led to your downfall. 18... Re8 looked good, but it wasn't because of 20. Nd7. I think until then the position was largely equal.
You're completely lost here. You either have 26... Bf6+ or Rxc3. If Bxf6 then 27. Kxd3 Bxg5, and I have 28. f4 to win either bishop or guard to compensate for the knight, leaving you a rook down. And if instead 26... Rxc3, which looks promising, I just play 27. Nxf7 and you just lost your witch, and your rook and bishop are both hanging. You can save the rook now but you're two pieces down. So yeah, hopeless.
An enjoyable game, and I appreciate you resigning instead of letting it time out.

...a fun game to watch. Around February 15 (around move 12) Tug's neighborhood (in real life) suffered extreme flooding, with risk of losing power. I was a little worried Tug would lose internet service, but he was fine.
Back to the game, the position at move 25 is interesting (as Holograph himself pointed out). Black's rook is trapped on d3. It's a good example of how an activated king can have good strength (the king is attacking the rook, while covering 3 other squares).
