Ideally we would use GMT. But unfortunately I don't know when midnight GMT is in my time zone, and even if I did it's probably a time that's not exactly convenient. So for practical purposes, nominations will close tomorrow after I wake up, log into chess.com, and post in this thread that it's closed. My estimate is that it should be around 8:30 AM US central time tomorrow.
