After Qf6 & Ng5 he still has a bad bishop blocking him from moving the d pawn, now the rook blocked it in to prevent a capture on f7 & the king is still pinned to that pawn then I would probably start the h-pawn rolling
I played a sac in the italian game and I was wondering if you think it makes things better or worse for me, he didn't accept it, but hung his queen instead on accident
