:P :P :P wieso jetzt? German is and Always has been a weird language :P :P . I am Glad to be German for the SOLE reason that I don't have to learn THIS goddamm language!!! I teach IT though ( and English too)

Clishee !! Bratwurst is delicious though although Most Times in Germany IT isnt served in a bun unlike a Hotdog. You might get a bun or a piece of bread on the Side though.

Understanding will make it easier. Learn the cases. Know that the German syntax time, manner, place word order is different. The verb is always second or last. The verb is last in relative clauses. Some verbs are split with the prefix sometimes coming at the end of the sentence. Find out what declension is. Become familiar with the different types of prepositions and what cases they trigger and what they do to declensions. Gender also affects declension. Study the case based adjectival endings. Learn the nine ways to make a noun plural. Study the 120 irregular strong verbs. Learn the weird sayings like wegen des wetters. Some phrases like meiner meinung nach are helpful for conversation. Study the personal pronouns, object pronouns, relative pronouns and the possessive adjectives. Get a handle on the subjunctive. Keep studying your vocabulary.
