The timeout ratio refers to the % of games timed out in the last 90 days. The only way to reduce it to zero is to not time out any games for the next 90 days. It will reduce during this period.

How can one have a clean slate due to excess number of 'timed out' so I can play tournaments again? With holiday period upon us all, less time at work, I can focus more on playing good chess against similar ranked player.
