Why is there a 'Comment Deleted' left when d Comment has already been Deleted ?

They added in the Comment Deleted thing, because it gets REALLY confusing when you have comments out of order which make no sense, only to later realize that some unspecified number of comments have been deleted.
The problem is still there, only it happens just when accounts are deleted.

If by "posts" you mean single comments...I too wish we could eliminate those. You used to be able to do so btw by punching DELETE twice, but that no longer works (unless you're a mod).
If by "posts" you mean an entire thread where you are the OP...that is prohibited for the reason I brought up earlier.
Yeah,I mean Single Comments that we typed,then decided we wanna delete it ,soon after .
.. n' actually,I was gonna suggest that maybe OP's ( Original Posters) of Threads be allowed to delete 'Spamming/Out-of-Topic' Posts ( by others) in their Threads ? ... cuz sometimes we track a certain Topic but when we view the 'million n' one ' New Comments that appear/follow later,some of them have nothing really to do with the Topic of Discussion at all ! .. can be pretty exhausting/time consumming/annoying, I think ! ... ( tho for some,it can be amusing/fun too ! )

Which also re-hashes the issue of ownership of a thread, or lack thereof.
Some believe that when they start a thread, it is "their" thread, and they feel very bossy over it.
To an extent they can control it, but only using their censor list. If they block people, those people will not be able to post in any of "their" topics.
As it happens, many of the OPs couldn't be trusted to act responsibly, and would likely be deleting posts that disagree with their opinion or criticize their play or whatever they don't happen to like. Also, I wouldn't want to see tangentially related posts deleted.
My vote would be an emphatic no.
Also 1 other suggestion is :
Our ' New Comments ' List on our Homepage has a certain limit ( not sure how many ),arranged in desending order of Number of New/Unread Comments .. n' if we are tracking lots of Topics,we can only see those that show up there n' not the ones that have very much less number of New Comments ,which only appear after we hv read the ones that are currently in the List
... but sometimes we wanna read the others first ... so could we have a ' Show All ' List so we can click on it n' choose whichever ones we wannna read first ?

Yeah, the site is all about the community. Whatever the various control freak OPs think their thread should be about, the invisible hand of the community will end up deciding what the thread is about... even if it ends up being about how block lists just aren't big enough these days!

So just to recap what we've learned, if you delete your account then all your posts go POOF!. Also, apparently staff can actually delete posts.
I hear that you can email Kohai personally at [DELETED BY STAFF] to get this done.

As a workaround, you could use FORUMS -> Topics I Have Posted In. This gives a full (paged) list - sorted by how recently anyone posted in one of those threads. (The exception to the sorted list is that sticky threads are always at the top of the list.)
Similarly, FORUMS -> Topics I Am Tracking.

I agree with you: it would certainly be useful to be able to see the alerts in a more controlled way. Currently, if you click on one of the alerts, the others can sometimes temporarily disappear (see alert-issue).

...n' even if it ends up with only 'Waffles' or 'Pancakes' or 'German Chocolate Cakes' ,........... hehe ( yummy,tho ! )
If the thread ends with waffles or the like then probably either the subject matter has been exhausted, or the thread wasn't very productive to start with.
