timeout policy

to all La Famiglia Corleone team members,we have being having problems with some members timing out in team matches. We feel that this is totally unfair to those who participate in team matches and try their best to win for the team. As in a few cases,we MAY have won some matches if not for the time outs.

So,it may be neccessary to adopt the following policy. (If you have any queries or greivences about this, please post your comment,we'll be happy to discuss it.)

For players who timeout in two or more matches, they will be asked for an explanation. If no response or reasonable explanation is received in a week,they will be given a final warning

If they time out again, then they will be banned from participating in team matches for three months, (but not banned from participating in other activities of the group).

Therefore, if offender/s apply for a team match, the admin(s) would remove him/her from matches for three months.

Exceptions can be made if the said member informs admin that they may have to time out or had to time out due to illness or some other logical reason.

If a sudden crisis arises that causes you to time out without informing Admin,then of course,no action will be taken.

For persistant time outs, member/s will be given a one final warning only. And if they time out again, they will be banned from all team matches indefinately

another possibility is to have a name em shame em table ,this is a league table no one wants to be top of

Ie: If realise you are playing an opponent banned for cheating do not timeout! Make your move in the game instead to be sure of being awarded the win
