We have decided to host a NON-RATED SCHOLASTIC TOURNAMENT on Dec 19 at San Diego Chess Club to promote chess to youth. We understand that there are many logistics involved in playing chess tournament (owning tournament chess equipment, playing with chess clock, USCF membership, writing moves).
