👑 Super Admin (Top Leadership)

• Oversee the entire club (vision, growth, partnerships).

• Approve promotions to Admin or Coordinator.

• Set up big tournaments, matches, and events.

• Make final decisions on rules and policies.

• Represent the club in alliances or collaborations.

🛡️ Admin (Management Team)

• Moderate chat/forums to keep things respectful.

• Welcome new members with personal messages.

• Organize club tournaments (weekly/monthly).

• Post announcements and news updates.

• Help recruit new members (invite friends, advertise).

📋 Coordinator (Event & Activity Helpers)

• Create daily/weekly puzzles or trivia posts.

• Run fun events (puzzle battles, mini matches, themed tournaments).

• Track member activity and report to Admins.

• Encourage members to join ongoing team matches.

• Help members who are new to Chess.com understand features.

🎯 Member Promotion System

You could make a point or achievement system so members can “earn” their way to higher roles. Example:

• Earn Coordinator Role

  • Play in at least 10 club matches/tournaments.

  • Post or engage positively in forums 5+ times.

  • Invite at least 3 new active members.

• Earn Admin Role

  • Serve successfully as a Coordinator for at least 1 month.

  • Host at least 2 tournaments/events.

  • Show good leadership and activity.

• Earn Super Admin Role

  • Trusted, long-term Admin.

  • Must be voted or approved by current Super Admins.

  • Contribute big to club growth (recruiting, partnerships, organizing).
