CHRISTIAN APOSTLES' CREED BELIEVERS

A gathering place for people who are committed to discussing, learning, practicing and improving daily his or her walk with Jesus Christ to God's glorification through subscribing to the eternal truths proclaimed in the "Apostles' Creed."

The Apostles' Creed collectively emerged from the early Christian church approximately 250 A.D. and is broadly studied throughout western Christianity today*.

Apostles' Creed  (Modern English Version)

I believe in God, the Father almighty, Creator of Heaven and Earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, God's only Son, our Lord,
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried;
He descended to the dead.
On the third day He rose again;
He ascended into Heaven,
where He is seated at the right hand of the Father;
and, He will come again to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the universal Christian church, the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting.  Amen.

Club Rules of Conduct are:  Gracious & civil behavior as described in the New Testament.  Our club is about discussions having to do with Scripture so that "...iron sharpens iron..." in our pursuit of Scripture Truth,  as in contrast with debating doctrine.
