The ADHD Haven

This is a place for anyone who has ADHD, knows someone with ADHD and wants to help them, or someone who loves someone that has ADHD and wants to really love them and understand them and their ADHD. This is a place for those with ADHD that wants to learn why people are kind of rude to them because you have ADHD or you want to learn some strategies to help you with your ADHD.
