Rules for coordinators, admins, super admins:

 Coordinators have to do what an admin or super admin tells them to do; however, they have the ability to ask the owner about the decision, which will be referred to as auctoritas finalis.

- Coordinators are required to make one event a week

Admin

- Admins have to do what an admin or super admin tells them to do; however, they have the ability of auctoritas finalis.

- Admins have to invite at least 2-4 active members a week

- Admins are required to make sure coordinators do their job

- Admins are not allowed to post announcements

Super Admin

- Super Admins have to do whatever the owner tells them to do; however, they have the ability to unite and collectively veto the owner's order, or in the case of the owner's absence, form a decision without the owner's authority, which is referred to as contra mandatum. Contra mandatum is only to be used for emergency club decisions, not for minor ones. The entire panel of super admins must agree on the contra mandatum.

- Super admins are required to invite at least one member a week

- Super admins are required to make sure admins do their job

- Super admins are to post announcements with the owner's approval. Contra mandatum applies to if the owner disapproves.

- Super admins are not allowed to take authoritative action in the club without the owner's approval unless there is a large emergency such as a ban attack, or if the owner delegates their authority to a given super admin in the case of absence. This includes changes to the club profile and club description, rule changes, member role editing, etc.

These rules are subject to common sense. Do not use loopholes.
