Two Upsets vs. IM & NM

Below are two upsets from my database.  I was in the 1600s at the time each game was played. The first is a draw against an IM from 2008, and the second is a win against a former NM from 2007. Both were legit USCF-rated tournament games with a slow time control.

I'm posting these here because a titled player recently rejected these for a new book he's writing on upsets, claiming they weren't interesting enough and that my opponents didn't play well enough! Unfathomable to me as any upset of this magnitude (rating difference) is worthy of publication. You decide...
