How about adding option to play move once all participants took their vote, and not waiting for days to pass, depending on tempo set.
in the early V2 chess.com years ago version there was an easy way to apply conditional moves. (which is good to save time, when a sequence of opponent moves can be estimated in the current board situstion) I really miss them in the current version. why has this feature been removed, or can it be reactivated again?
The grand total of matches won decides the rankings for individual club players ! .So a player who has more losses than wins can be rated as" Top Gun " despite having an inferior victory percentage to many other players .Would not after 25 matches a % score be a truer way of determining rankings ? Just a thought ,whats your opinion ?

Currently, I believe that only Diamond members can perform a detailed analysis and thus obtain the CAPS evaluation. To get CAPS, the analysis takes about 10 minutes for longer games. When I compare with the Beta version, I can get Accuracy for the same game in about 20 seconds, rather than the 10 minutes for CAPS. As I was told that Accuracy and CAPS were identical, I wonder if the fact that it takes only 20 seconds in the Beta version could mean that the evaluation is less accurate. I don’t know how long it actually takes to get CAPS. It may also be that the actual time to calculate CAPS is quite fast (20 seconds), but it is much longer because you wanted to limit the access to CAPS to Diamond members who are the only ones who can run a detailed analysis. Anyway, assuming that Accuracy is as good as CAPS and quick to get, it would not be too much for the system to calculate the Accuracy average based on several games. As we all know, CAPS or Accuracy can be misleading if calculated for one game. But on a larger sample of games, it starts to mean something about the strength of a player. So, I have two questions: 1) Is Accuracy as precise as CAPS? 2) Would it be possible to allow us to get Accuracy based on the last 25 games of a players?

Hello to all On Lichess, there is an option to hide ELO of your opponent. I like this idea ! Would it be possible to make it here on Chess.com ?
For about a week or so I am unable to do annotations with the analysis board. I can do variations fine, but cannot add any comments or evaluations.
Does anybody else find that Puzzle rush is freezing at times after solving a puzzle correctly again just like it used to? Sometimes it resumes after a few seconds and at times it takes minutes. I don't have lag

Whenever you double click the correct square in the Coordinates move, the system automatically gives you two points. This should be fixed.
After I finish a lesson and the challenges, it goes to the next lesson. What i noticed is that the Title on the Tab at the top of the page still displays the Title from the previous lesson. Please fix it.

In 960 games, we are presented with a position we haven't seen before, so I would like to be able to think through my first move. However, the auto abort option doesn't allow me to think longer than 30 seconds. Can something be done about it? One idea I have is to add a button "I want to continue, let me think longer" to the auto abort popup.
Could there be a checkbox added to not show this screen again. It's of course not too big of a deal to close it, but it does get annoying seeing it for the n-th time each time you open the analysis. Seeing it for the first time or when you run out of the amounts of analysises? analyses? for current membership it makes sense, but not every time you start. Similarly, the last tactic is a bit overzealous to show the popup. You don't get to see the rating change or to retry if you got it wrong without closing the popup each time. It should show the rating change and let you retry until you solve it and only show up when you click on the next. On the android app, when you run out of your tactics, the next button changes to the diamond symbol which lets you know that you've run out of the daily puzzles for your membership without throwing up an overlay and only shows the overlay when you click on it, so I think that's a nice solution.
1) I finished my 1st daily game some time ago, but I didn't unlock the achievement. What do I do? 2) I think I tried analyzing one of my games, but I didn't unlock the Second Opinion achievement. What am I doing wrong? 3) I think I tried reviewing all my stats, but I didn't unlock the Statistician achievement. How do I do that? 4) What does it mean to "use 'My Games' database past move 5" to obtain the Introspection achievement? 5) I also need help with the Ballot Box achievement. I distinctly remember playing in a Vote Chess game that's still going. 6) What's the difference between joining a tournament, playing in a Team Match, and directing a tournament? 7) How does becoming a Pack Leader work? I've joined this very club, and it has much more than 10 members, but I haven't received that achievement. What's going on?
When a live chess game ended when my premoves didn't finish, there was a yellow textbook and a popup at the bottom right reading: You ran out of time before your move 48...Kf4 reached the server. The game ended in a draw, and it was draw by fivefold repetition, not timeout vs insufficient material. Why the popup?
So i played an arena and got 3rd position. As usual i received that trophy and got a notification. I clicked on it and after that I moved to another page. I wanted to check my other notifications and noticed the 3rd position trophy again (normal) and clicked that 'x' to remove it. Soon after that when i checked notifications again the trophy notification was still there. I removed it again only to find it back after a few moments. What's up with the notifs?

Currently there is no way to report a bug that occurs with something dynamic like the menu bar or anything you need to hover the mouse over as clicking on the question mark closes it again. So it would be handy to have a hotkey so those parts could also be captured in the report screenshot. Or having an additional tool that allows you to click on stuff that would display the mouseover functions and leaves them locked for the screenshots.

When going through a game or analysis, a check has a different sound than a regular move. However moving backwards from a position with check, it still plays the check sound. Shouldn't that be just a regular move sound? In the same way going backwards from a position to one where the king is in check has the regular sound
Issue: Puzzle Rush stats view does not provide the stat average.Suggestions: Change Full Stats link Rather than going to the tactics combination stats page: much better would be to go to the puzzle rush archive view as it provide the status summary as well: https://www.chess.com/puzzles/rush/archive yields:
I've had several instances where I've been holding a piece and thinking about where to put it, only to have it released. I've drawn lines for a while and my mouse button doesn't seem to have any issues, and all the lines are continuous, so it shouldn't been my mouse. Anyone else experiencing something similar?
I can see the Daily Match archive for our club, but I can’t seem to find the Live Match one. Can someone help me?
This is really bugging me. Maybe it's my lack of understanding the position. My knight was on d4 and got attacked by the pawn with c5. I played Nf5 which is a mistake. It says Nxb5 would have been best. Looking at that best line, the next move for black is c4. How can this be the best move, if the next move in the evaluation is an okay-ish move instead of the best. The knight ends up taking the rook, but that wouldn't be possible with the best move. What bothers me is how this can be the best move if very next opponent move is assumed to be not the best. That's like saying going for scholar's mate is the best move, provided the opponent doesn't defend against it. It might of course very well be the best move, but how are we supposed to learn from the analysis if the best lines include blunders from the opponent or am I completely mistaken here? That's why I suggested for the first best lines to be calculated as line length + depth. With the default depth = 20 and line length = 10, the second move would only have a depth of 19 and the last the depth of 10, so evaluating them with the full depth of 20 it might get ranked worse. With a depth of 30, the last move would still be consistent with the depth of 20. Or what else might be causing blunders or inaccuracies in the suggested lines?
