For some reason my average Puzzle Rush score after over 1,100 games was 12.97 this morning. I only played twice today and now my average now shows as 12.26. Something seems to be amiss. Hmmm...

how can i login in Computer CHESS CHAMPIONSHIP

Hi, A friend of mine has troubles to log in since two days. He tried to reset pass, but no joy as he said - simply nothing happens, when he enters username/pass no error messages just log in form resets. I tried to log in, and indeed there is no "wrong username/password" error, no any errors whatsoever. His username is "ivannikol" he's got some moves to make and we're afraid that going through support channel will take few days thus he could timeout some games. If it's possible that someone resets his pass and PM me with instructions. Edit: This can be also considered as bug report/suggestion as there should be error displayed in case of wrong password or username. As it is now, it's confusing. Tested with my own account Edit #2: Opera browser, opera vpn on - log in doesn't work, no errors displayed. Tor browser - everything works fine.

I thought that the game was really a draw, otherwise they wouldn't send draw offers. It showed a -2 advantage for black in the last move of the drawn game, after i analyzed on my personal trainer. My home engine is polite enough to not bother me except for when it predicts a 0.00 draw, lol.

If you look on a profile it say points. What does that mean?

I remember having a lot more trouble against the computer on level 5. I wish to think that I got better, but truth is probably that the computer shouldn't blunder like on move 7 at level 5 and play overall as weak as it did. Is that some freak accident or did some settings get messed up?

Someone already suggested to mark favourite games. It'd also be neat if there was a symbol showing how the game was concluded. So symbols for timeout, checkmate, resignation, and maybe forced draw, stalemate, or agreed draw or anything I might be missing, I guess aborted by a player or the server. It'd be also neat to be able to filter for those when searching the archive.

Hi! We're putting together an article to give a little more background/detail about Analysis, and to address questions that have come up as we've gotten familiar with the new features. What would you like to know more about?  - how the player Accuracy score is calculated - how moves are classified (Mistake vs Inaccuracy, etc.) - how game type is determined (Sudden, Rough, etc) - what search depth is used by the engine - how to learn from Analysis features...   Other suggestions/questions? Thank you!

Me and My friend were playing Bughouse and We got this Bug when we played... We apparently lost...But somehow i have 36 seconds while his opponent has 32. My friend says on his screen that i had 35 and his opponent had 33 and that my opponent has no time left on his clock. So we should have won the game I expect rating back LOLOLOL

Can anything be done about groups that place one on one matches but pages at a time.Just now I counted 41 pages! Also would it be possible to put page numbers at the top of the page as well as the bottom . It would save a little time.Many thanks Eve

On tactics puzzle #0530070 and maybe others I haven't seen yet. This tactic and maybe others has two mate in ones, yet the tactic says only one of them is correct, even though the mates happen on the same move. The puzzle goes like this... Black to move 1... e3 2. Qf7 Qxh2??(this was only a 700 rated tactic) 3. Kxh2 e2. Up until now I solved everything. There are two checkmates in this position: Qxe8# and Qxh7#. I did Qxh7# and it counted me wrong. Why is this? Can it be fixed? Thanks!

Hey Beta,  Over the last couple of months, we continually had a bug reported that players are suddenly not able to pick up their pieces. Typically, complaints state that this occurs at the beginning of their games.  I have a few theories but would like help testing and gathering data.    Can those of you with basic account turn on your Arcade or Natural animations and let me know if you suddenly start having issues with picking up/moving the pieces?  Those with Premium do the same, please?    I am working on a theory that this only happens to basic account with arcade/natural animations.  I will refund any rating points lost as a result of helping test for me.    I will add some free membership to anyone who will post a video of their testing session. I like a free program call Screencast-o-matic.com for this purpose. Thanks, guys. Chess.com would be what is without you all.    Clarification: This bug affects live games such as 1|0, 5|0, or 10|10.

I wonder if it's the same concept. Can someone confirm or explain the difference? If it's not the same, will the CAPS score be available once you've implemented the new tool?

Every once in a while, when you click the show solution button after missing a tactic, it only shows the first move of the tactic, i.e. the move that the computer plays as a first move for you to respond to. I think I have had this two, maybe three times now.

When i drawing an arrow on the board with right click the size of site is changing and board move slightly to the left (scrollbar apear)
