Two points here: 1- Just a side note here. Today we tested the live arena club tournament (the arena live club match was not tested by any team yet, so took the initiative). It was an interesting experience, however, it is not saved at anywhere. I mean once we refer to the team's live tournaments, we can't see it and we can't see the winners and so on. Maybe it worth having them either with current team's Live Tournaments or Live Matches or a new ones as Live Arena Tournaments and Live Arena Matches. 2- Also, another point is that unlike the other tournaments that at the end the final standings are shown for the Top 3 players and the winners medals are given, there was no such thing in Arena Live tournament at the end. The winners just received their tournaments medals as a trophy sent by the site once the tournament is over and nothing is shown by the tournament's completion time To make it more understandable regarding my 2nd point, please see the following screenshot I captured from a normal Blitz tournament completed. We never saw such thing in the Arena Club tournament once it was over to show the completed standing table at the right with top 3 players and their medals and at the left 3 top medalists. Any assistance on this is highly appreciated... Jut to add the 1st point is extremely critical and really should be added ASAP please. Otherwise NO records can be shown in the team's history on past events organized by the team and its results Thank you

I encountered this bug after downloading the browser extension for chess.com to customize things even more than you already can, but parts of some of the color selecting menus were not showing properly. Environment: Google Chrome, on a Windows 10 computerSteps to Reproduce:1. Go on to Home>theme, which is were you can choose themes, or make a custom theme for what your pieces look like. 2. Click on the link to download the browser extension for chrome (as long as you are on chrome)3. After you have downloaded the extension, go on to the extension page, go to the text option and try selecting either "Meta Information Color" or "Icon Color". Result: The color menu does not (at least for me) display itself properly I am able to see at least some of the top, where I can change the shade of the red color, but I can't change the color from red to orange, or change the transparency Expected Result: The menu should display itself just like one of the top options on text displays the color choosing menu. Sorry if some of my kind of unusual chess.com customizations made it harder to see what was happening in the screenshots. This bug really annoyed me because it didn't just happen on the text part, it also happened on the bottom 2 options of the buttons part, too.

When I first tried to change from the battle to the arcade animation, it wouldn't work and I had no animation.

Hello!I think there is a bug when editing Club's Descriptions.What happens:When I access the Edit Club Profile page, instead of loading the buttons and editing interface at the descriptions it just loads the code bunch and stays within a tiny window.What should happen:It must show the editing buttons, as well as load and process the html instead of displaying it and not loading. When it was working it would show the code bunch but then quickly convert it properly along with showing the editing interface.I tested both Chrome and Firefox, at my job's (Jurassic Park) PCs and now at home. Bug's the same.Here's a screenshot:I did not test if updating with the source code works, but it remains a bug nonetheless.

My club "Perfect Pawns" was unexpectedly disabled today. I don't know who did it. Can a SA do it? Or only mods and/or members of the staff?

We Should be Able To Do Chess types Such As Three Check or King of the Hill In Daily just Like We do Standard or Chess960

When I was playing Live Chess earlier today (3|2 if that's relevant) I noticed the Abort button didn't disappear after the first move like it normally does; it said Abort throughout the entire game instead of switching to say Resign. If I moved my mouse over the abort button it said "Resign" above it, and the button still worked like the resign button (if I clicked it, the game ended and I lost rating) but I don't think it should still say Abort. The image above shows the problem. I was well into the game, and the button still functioned like the Resign button normally does, but it said Abort instead of correctly displaying Resign. This bug happens each time I start a live game (I tried multiple time controls and the same issue happened each time) Technical specifications: MacOS version 10.13.4, Safari

Not Really too much of a bug, but more of a suggestion (i can put these here right?) I believe that there was an idea for a public chat for live chess. But the idea later was canceled/thrown out. I think that it should exist because in many chess tournaments or even regular games, you sometimes have to wait for a long time, and you have nothing to do. (usually for variants). I have sat at tournaments waiting for a match for a long time, and it's annoying because not many people will be on the tournament chat. There should be a public chat on live chess for these reasons. (Or you could be on them for your own purposes). Also, you could be able to show that you have an open game (again, for variants) since you cannot do it on help and support. This is only my suggestion, and I won't mind if it isn't done. By the way, thank you Chess.com staff for all of your hard work!

I would like to see custom variants that are played in daily, separated in the archive. This would make separating them from standard or 960 games, much easier, ahead of time, since some of these will crash Stockfish, while attempting batch analyses.

If you want to choose a chess piece skin you have to download it , but on the iOS app if the skin fails to download the app will think it is downloaded and carry on , however when you go to the main homepage the pieces appear gone as if you selected blindfold . And entering game just lags and breaks the App

Hi! I tried to promote a pawn in two different games (daily chess games), and in the two I was unable to promote it. When doing the move, the image of the choices displayed normally, but after I chose [the queen], the image just disappeared, and nothing happened. I tested the other choices, uselessly. I've been obliged twice to deactivate Beta in order to promote the pawn, before reactivating Beta. [environment : Chrome 64.0, OS X] Am I the only one having this problem ?

When I click on vision trainer and go to Coordinates, It shows me a square to click on. When I click on it, the square flashes for a moment AND THEN shows the next square to click on. It should flash AND show the next square.
